Meet Wolfe

Good evening my blogging friends. Hope this evening finds you well.

I want to introduce you to Wolfe.

Our oldest son and his girlfriend Hannah adopted him over the weekend.

He is a German Shepherd mix.

Mix of what we don't know.

He is kinda timid like a Great Dane. But then once in a while he will look like something else.

We have only had one pooch in our life..and that is our miniture Sheltie Molly.

He hardly barks, gets along with the cats and Molly.

It is weird not having another yappy dog. :)

He is so much bigger than our Molly...but I must say..he is growing on me.

He is about 2 years old. House broken and just wants love.

Looks like he will be getting plenty of that here.

This and That

I am not a plant, flower, grass, tree, grower...BUT I do LOVe them!

In Arizona its hard for me to grow anything..except dirt.

But I am trying..

Here is a plant I bought a few weeks ago

It is an outside one that i put in a pot.

It is called Colors of Caladium.

Its kinda thick and waxy.

She is outside on my plant cart (will show that later)

Let's hope she lives.

In Arizona we are in full monsoon swing. Which means humidity, some rain, lots of DUST storms in the evening. I do not like DUST!

Here is a pic from a few days ago..

I did nothing to this pic but put a black border on it.

All that "orangish" color is DUST!

YUCKO!

Luckily most of these storms don't last too long, but if you are out and about and caught in them...

it isn't very fun!

Summer time is in full swing here in Arizona.

Pool time is the norm.

I am blessed with two wonderful boys, Damian and Justin.

Also Our son Damian girlfriend Hannah.

I am so blessed that they LOVE one another and get along so well.

Here they are..in the pool with our pooch Molly.

Molly DOES NOT like the water at all..

but..as long as she is with the kids

She is just fine and dandy.

He knew you

This is an amazing scripture to me. Really..stop..right where you are..Think..

God knew you before you were ever born.

He knows you so well, 

He knows every hair on your head!

He created you...

For His purpose...

For His Glory.

You are not a surprise to God. He loves you and has loved you as He created you.

This verse comforts me.

He knows right where I am every second of my life.

When I am going through trials..He is there, holding my hand.

When I am enjoying my life..there he is holding my hand.

My baby turns 18

I really have no idea where the time has gone. I know we all say that, but it is so true. Life keeps plugging along even if we don't want it to.

This is Our youngest son Justin.

He was born on July 5th, just 12 minutes after midnight.
I could tell the story of how I went into labor while watching fireworks in our busy downtown city. How I almost didn't make it to the hospital and ALMOST had him in the car. How my family cheered me on from the waiting room telling the nurse"please have her hurry we want Justin born on the 4th of July.", but he hates when I tell this story, so I guess I wont share. :)

I guess he wanted his own Birthday.

It dawned on me yesterday..I no longer have any minor children. :(

 Here he is trying to squirm his way out of my Grandmas lap. Justin always had to see what was going on in the room as a baby.

 Here he is at the zoo. He is like his dad, loves animals!

and now 18, driving, Follower of Jesus, and handsome as ever.

Time goes by way to fast..but I am so enjoying watching him grow into a wonderful young man.

Next..our sons GF Hannahs kitty Artimes. He is an orange tabby and well..he is the ONLY male animal we have. He always NEEDS attention. He cracks me up. 

He will come right up to you and meow until you hold him.

 But seriously look at this face..

I cleared a spot while organizing my craftroom...and..well..

he had to lay right where I cleared a space.

We had to shave him a few weeks ago, his hair gets matted and so now he has a lions cut..I think he prefers his hair matted LOL
