even the kitty loves Christmas

We have 2 cats and a dog..and one of our cats is old. Her name is Zoe. We got here when our oldest son was 6, he is now 21. She has always been a loner except when it comes to my hubby.

She loves my hubby.

She also has an obessesion with paper...anything paper. So when the Christmas paper comes out..she is in kitty heaven. LOL.

Here she is snoozing on the lid of our wrapping paper storage bin.

Isn't she funny? Do your fur babies do anything weird?

My Thanksgiving

Can you Believe, Turkey day is here.  I swear when I was younger..the holidays did not come this quickly :) 

My Thanksgiving is ALOT different this year.

We are not having a family gathering at home...instead my family is going to the church I attend and we are having it there.

I am so blessed to have found such a wonderful place and people.

This year its is truly about being Thankful for the blessings that God has given me.

I have learned to not take those for granted. 

 Thanksgiving is not so much about what is on the table..as it is about who is at the table with you.

What I'm working on

Just enjoying a relaxing Sunday and stitching up a shelf tuck.

Fabric ball ornament with old fashioned prim tag and vintage lace. It is made by hand with lots and lots of pins. Looks great hanging in a tree or on an ornament holder.~~ $12.00

Another fabric ball ornament. Have vintage lace hanger and a tea dyed muslin bow. Fabric is a greenish brown. Used lots and lots of pins for this one as well.~~ $12.00

These are star ornaments.  They are made from thick chipboard. with vintage sheet music and the flowers are handmade buy me using paper and burlap and linen. These are so cute in person! All 3 for $12.00

Adorable mini felt christmas stocking ornaments. All three are sewn by hand. You could put a little candy cane in each and hand on the tree Approx. 5 inches long.~~ $12.00 for all 3
