ReplyDeleteGreat progress, keep up the good work, it is not easy task. I liken it to me quitting smoking, it is a lifestyle change, not a temporary phase. Total commitment. My stepson, Jason, just had bariatric surgery on May 17th, he is doing well. Have you seen the weight loss gadget?
