A Looong Pillow

Howdy fellow bloggers.
I hope you are doing well.

I found out that my thyroid was off a little. Also that my vitamin D was extra extra low. The levels should be above 50 and min is at 9.

So My doctor increased my thyroids meds a bit and I am now taking Vitamin D 50,000 U once a week with calcium pills.

I was having extreme fatigue so  I am hoping this helps.

Also comes diet changes. We are sloooowly getting off processed foods. It is hard enough for people to do this I think, but I have food allergies and it makes it even harder.

BUT I am determined to do it to make us all in my house feel better.

This is my looooong pillow I was working on.  I really like how it turned out.

It is about 14inches but it looks really long in person.

Its available in my ETSY shop.

I will have my fall giveaway ready to go this weekend. Hope you will come back and see what I am giving away to my followers!

Have a great week.

  1. Hubby had to do the D vitamins.Odd thought you got it from the sun and he is in the sun all the time. Weight, thyroid and D will all fatigue you plus the diet change. Sending up a prayer you'll get through this (know you can).. The pillow is cute.Love the fall colors. Warm Blessings!~Amy

  3. Such a cute pillow!!
I am fairly new at reading your posts--
but I share the same health issues and then some!! and my Vit D was at '9' once!!
So here is what has happened with me and Vit D--
the large dose pills did not work --as soon as I was off them the D went right back down--
so now I take a daily one --
    'Source Naturals' 2,000IU--
and get them at Vitamin Shoppe--online--
and I have read that you should NOT take Calcium at the same time--there should be 4 hours between them--so I take my multi at lunch and the D at supper!!
    hope this helps--
    hugs, di and miss gracie
