Monday and a challenge

Good Monday morning bloggers!

I have decided to do a fitness challenge. Oh why? 
Well I feel the Lord is tugging hard at my heart to get healthy.

I posted a few months back about it and honestly have done nothing other then gather 
information.

I have learned to drink more water. Less soda. 
We are eating more "real" food and less processed, but we are a long way away from a total change.

SO I prayed and prayed and I feel this challenge will be good for me.

I am not going to lie, I am scared. Scared of what?

Honestly..about how much I KNOW I am going to have to work at it and KNOW this is going to hurt and not be fun!

I am not a person who enjoys working out at all!!

The last time I was "thin" I was in high school so I know this will be tough.

BUT I have a savior who is holding my hand, who will give me wisdom, as long as I choose to receive it.

So...



I am taking the peak313. 5 week challenge. 
I DO have a great partner for this. It is my husband John.
Oh Lord help us both. I can be so cranky sometimes. 

I have chosen my 4 workout days. Each session 25min. There is a scripture for each week.
I will come to my blog every week and let you know how I did that week.

I am asking for prayers. Prayers that I hear the Lord through this challenge and listen to his voice.
That when he encourages me I don't get upset and give up!

  1. I know how you feel about exercising. I'm always busy and on the run but as far as a workout I have no interest. My dr said dropping a few pounds is the best medicine you can have. Sending up a prayer. Amy
